I am an established and experienced Integrative Counsellor and Supervisor, which means I draw on a range of theoretical ideas and skills in my counselling practice to meet the individual needs of my clients and supervisees. My private practice offers short-term to long-term therapy, and qualified in providing on-going professional consultative supervision for therapists and people in the caring professions.
My background commenced in 1981, includes working in the NHS in Nursing, Midwifery and Health Visiting and other complementary therapies, such as Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique and am a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming.
My other work includes relationship counselling with Relate Cambridge and am an Accredited Member of the British Association of Counsellor and Psychotherapist with BA(Hons) and MA (with distinction) in Relationship Therapy. My other trainings include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Bereavement Counselling (Cruse) and Solution Focused Therapy.
